blehhh.
aside from the occasional deep-fried hand cut o-rings, fries & chicken the wife cooks up (usually 2-3 times during the frozen months....in the garage...keeps the smell out the house), she will pan-fry , let's say, boneless chicken, cut up into strips, w/ a cracker-crumb (frosted flakes, believe it or not, are pretty fuckin' good as a crunchy chicken coating), dipped in egg...salt, pepper,sugar, oregano......key health word>>>>fried in OLIVE OIL.....
boo-yah, are those tasty....my kid goes koo-koo for 'em.
