Remember the good old days when Nintendo was the RPG king? Then the PS took over.
Yoshi's Island 1 and 2 were amazing...so was the Super Mario RPG.
Yoshi Island was good, but that wasn't an RPG, right? SUper Mario RPG was ok. There were only three real good RPGs on the Super Nintendo, FF2, FF3, and Crono Triger.
The thing I miss most about the Super and Sega are the fighting games. Today's games just don't compare to Eternal Champions, Street Fighter II Turbo (or the Sega version), and Killer Instint. My favorite none 16bit fighter is Tobal 2, after that, everything went downhill.
I hope Eternal Champions comes out for the Nintendo Wii on the VC, I'll buy it.
