General / The Anarchist Survey
« on: May 27, 2010, 02:19:12 PM »
My friends of the Libertarian Left found an anarchist survey to get an overview of the anarchist demographics of the internet.

I and my friends participated so I thought it may be of interest for any anarchist here to participate as well.

A believe that morals are objective is the same method of thought as the leftist people has when they believe there is a "fair" price an idea based on the believe that value is objective.

The Polling Pit / Re: Unimportant Scientific Pursuits
« on: January 26, 2008, 06:49:12 PM »
The electron was discovered in 1897 by 1897 by J.J. Thomson, and was immediately recognized as a very important fundamental particle. Not only was there not "no use for it," but it had been used for years! Electric lights, motors, and other devices had employed the particle for some time before it was actually identified.
Electricity was first was first conceptualised through static electricity obtain through rubbing a bar of amber during the ancient greek's time... <ref>Electricity (from the Greek elektron, amber)</ref>. As I said, many hundread years.

No science is unimportant! To give you an example, when the electron was discovered there was no use for it whatsoever. a few hundread years later and voila the electronical revolution.

One never knows what the next discovery will bring to society. One can just hope it will be used extensively.

PWN~!, That is what you get when facing the philosophy of liberty, principals in your FACE!
I really like your dramatic performance Dennis, your expression of startled fear at the appropiate times, the innocent naivitie when asking her questions of the underlying untold truth of the means she advocates. I am going to show this to my brother of how a prime example that the criterias of winning a debate is not to convince the opponent of your position but the audience.

The plan is to collect the money from people and then donate them from whom?
According to http://thebestofronpaul.blogspot.com/2007/10/ron-paul-does-not-accept-donations-from.html Ron Paul doesn't accept donations from corporations. I know FTL is not incorporated but what is the plan?

General / Opening DRO businesses
« on: May 29, 2007, 02:36:12 PM »
I was thinking, because as we all know the liberty dollar is making a phenomenal contribution to transform society into an anarcho-capitalism with a market private currency with competition.
So because the justice system is as bad as it is today. I was thinking maybe opening a DRO business would be good for liberty. What do you think of the idea, would it be feasible?

The family structure would be able to support it if government wasn't squezing the last drop of sweat and then some from everyone.

I find "This is Free Talk Live where you take control..." to be very catchy and works very well for what you provide. Though I find other advertisement phrases to be stuck in my head thanks to you guys repeating it, repeating it, repeating it... Well, I suppose your commercial pays off
