Black Bush + Ginger Ale

Four hundred years of Irishmen are rolling in their graves.
:D

Bottle was only 12 bucks.  Just trying not to get hammered tonight, just a little buzzed.

Plus the blonde haired blue eyed beauty that "sold" me on it suggested the ginger ale, something I'd never tried before.  I should have invited her over for cocktails after work.  Damn.  She probably would have been down too.  She kept talking and talking and talking to me after I bought the shit and she took my picture (so she can make money on her promo gig) and she had no more reason to talk to me anymore.  And nice cleavage.  Damn.  Too bad I have a girlfriend because random pickups like that are fun.

Thats a good price for Black Bush.  Was it a fifth?

Black Bush makes for great pick-up lines with blondes.  Like, "sure, I'd try some black bush, but I prefer blonde bush."

I used to talk filthy to bartenders.  They love it.

Yeah it was just a fifth.  And there was a $2 off coupon the promo chick gave me, and it was on sale in the store for $14 anyways.  Good price.

A fifth of Black Bush is normally about $25, and often contains 10yr old whiskey in its blend.

Sounds like I got it for a steal then huh.  Liquor is generally a little bit cheaper here in CA than in East Coast states though I think too.

That's strange, considering most everything else seems to cost more!  Then again, I'm in Illinois and things are raep here.

Beer at the poker table for the first time in 6 months! Vacation starts tonight and a little year end reward of my two favorite things is well deserved. Not no fancy beer either. Just plain old shitty 'merican.

Just opened a bottle of double dog dare cab.
Kids have friends over, so I'll be going through the bottle fast, then following it with coffee so I can stay up late enough to make sure nobody's still playing video games at 2am. Or trying out the plan I heard whispered with giggles to unwrap presents under the tree & retape... after switching labels.

I just finished off a bunch of orange juice.  Next up is the milk.  I need to get rid of it before I go on vacation :)
