At first I was hoping "coily" was a reference to a kickass Ozric Tentacles song.

The caller's cartoony voice acting sounded like Mr. Hanky from South Park.

Wasn't there a TV show or cartoon that did a parody just like that? Except the end of it was the guy wanted to shoot himself, but his spring-loaded pistol wouldn't fire.
