In my humble opinion, the Stateless person who called on the 23.06.09 episode he says he is living there because Slovakia doesn't inflict torture like the U.S. government does but in fact Slovakia a just a State of the E.U. now and isn't really more sovereign now than California Republic is from the American Union, and their central bank was just taken over by the European Central Bank (their Federal Reserve) and have ECB notes as of 1/2009.

Of the Euro States there are a total of 27, 973 people! Of which his Slovak state has 230 soldiers.
He is paying taxes to his State, they still do not have a Federal income tax, but the states pay money into the E.U. and in turn his money still goes to funding torture and killing.
I think he is an idiot and made his life more complicated for nothing!
If he really want to make a statement go to the EU Capitol House in Brussels and try the burning monk protest of Vietnam if he really wants to make a statement.

Yes. He started with the claim, "I am a stateless person" and that slowly evolved into "I....I don't want to pay taxes to the U.S. federal government!". He is just doing what most people do in a debate when their thesis is proven wrong--they modify the thesis. :shock:
