Nice...actually, pulling the AMP was sorta in response to that sort of crap, and treating it as publicity stunts for the show.
Just for the record, Ian, I dropped my AMP exactly once before, for exactly the same reason I just did. I started amping again when the message of the show was moderated and Ian appeared to stop trying to turn the show into a series of Free Keene publicity stunts.
If it wasn't clear, the retracting of the AMP dollars was to encourage Ian to avoid turning the show into Keene publicity stunts (because it's his show, he makes sure to make it about him and Free Keeners when there's a stunt.) If it was what a "normal" person considered activism, I wouldn't have become unwilling to recommend the show to people any more. It's not about the amount of air time being associated with New Hampshire or Keene as a geographical location.

Dude, some people are just into being different for the sake of being different. Being "abnormal" is just some peoples way of saying FUCK YOU to the man. its childish and rarely gets anything accomplished. You know, like emo kids and shit like that.

Yeah. I've seen a lot of people indulge in fad cultures to their detriment. Thing is, they view it entirely different from inside the moment.
