Reality and perception.
« on: August 27, 2009, 08:04:42 AM »

A man and a pregnant woman visit their doctor to see how the baby is coming along. While there, the doctor mentions that they have made a new treatment that allows a female to transfer the pain of childbearing onto the father of the baby. The couple decide that it is a good plan, so they hook up the mother and the doctor turns on the machine. "I'll start it off on 10% transfer rate.", the doctor says. "I don't feel anything painful at all.", the man says. "Oh yeah, baby! That's great!", the mother says. "That's odd", the doctor says, "I'll crank it up to 50%". "Still nothing...", the man says. The mother's smile gets even bigger. "Okay, I'll put it on 100% then.", the doctor says. "STILL nothing!", the man says. The woman looks very, very happy. "We'll just leave, this isn't working. I mean, it is for her, not for me though.", the man says. "That's fine. I'd say you're a very lucky man. This is the first time that the pain has just been deleted.", the doctor replies. So the couple goes back home and they walk up to the front door of their house. The milkman is lying there dead.

The Milkman was the true father of the baby. As such, the transfer of pain went straight to the Milkman thus causing his demise.

There's nothing wrong with gun control.  I control my gun very well.  ::rimshot::  But, seriously, people have the right to outlaw guns on their own property if they so choose, it's the government monopoly on force that is the problem.  Plus, looking at this picture, I'm wondering if the family in the door on the left is paying the gun owner in the door on the right to protect them - nothing wrong with that.

I do not own guns. However, I'm very glad both my neighbors do. It keeps the would-be burglars guessing.

I do own guns, and neither of my roommates know it.

A dumb joke.  And what does this have to do with guns, again?

Nah, then I'm still thinking and thinking, but the thoughts come out less coherently and a lot more aggressively.  Until I fall asleep.  Any time you see me being a complete bitch here, it's because I'm drunk but not drunk enough to go to bed yet.

The slur of drunkeness b called "Irished", not to be confused with "are you Readeye" or "let's have a Safety Meeting". Unfortunately here in der Utah it usually occurrs around beer 39 so it sometimes makes for confused sheep looking for a bathroom. Ain't that what BLM land is for?

If they have told you the same thing three times in 2 hours, they are irished.
