The funny thing is I knew I mispelled it, and I made it worse when I "fixed" it. I should have just gone with my original crappy spelling. I originaly had "porcipine".....and to "fix" it I deleted the "c" and added a "u"....my cursor wasn't in the right place when I hit the delete key....

Hey, I'm a somewhat intelligent southerner, so it's legit for me to do the accent.  I'm even guilty of using "ya'll" in my regular speech.

What?  I thought all of the co-hosts were Southern?  Can't they make fun of themselves?  If you don't like their jokes, don't laugh at them.  Also, call them out on it.  I've called into FTL and complained about Manwich a couple of times.  Last time, I complained how we made fun of punks and such.

I don't really think it is a southern accent.  There are plenty of small town people here in Indiana that talk like that.  Last time I checked Indiana was still in a fairly mid-northern location.  I guess the state could have drifted since then.

Good point, it's everywhere.  However, I've yet to meet someone that talks like that who I would consider intelligent.
