I want to reach the hosts of Free Talk Live. How can I reach them to propose a show topic?

Oh, I thought they focused on particular topics for each particular show. I didn't want to call with an off-topic idea to discuss.

Nope, they'll talk about pretty much whatever you call in about.  You can also email, but the chances of getting your email topic discussed are extremely low.  That address is ftl at free talk live dot com

Nothing is off-topic.  That's why they call it Free Talk Live.  You could call in and talk about spaghetti if you wanted, though I can't guarantee how long they'd have you on.  ;-)

If he LoA'd a plate of spaghetti he might be on for the whole show.

If you send them a letter in the mail I bet they'd take note.

Better just call.

True.  But one time they read one of my essays I wrote for my philosophy class a few years ago.
