The event occurred on the evening of October 28th 2009 when I returned home from watching the Yankee's Phillies game that night with friends at a local BAR. I arrived home around 1 AMand stepped on the fucking cat, knocked over a bunch of shit, the wife came down and screamed at me, I screamed back, she called the cops, and they hauled my ass away on Domestic Abuse and Drunk and Disorderly charges, resisting arrest, and outstanding warrants.

Ummm, he has been? The bank wants it all NOW! If you read his blog, he explains it better than I had time for. He was to have 75 days to clear arrears, not 24 hours to vacate after sale. On the 31st it is up to the buyer to determine what JTs fate is. The DEA raid pushed back the sale until the "75 days to clear arrears" law was nullified. Yes, by just a few days, 7 years of steady payments are gone. The bank can try to resell and make another 7 years payments off some other poor sucker...is that the "freemarket" you want?

According to Dave Ramsey(money talkshow), banks fall over themselves to keep bleeding people, not if they want them screwed!

In case anyone's still interested, this is the latest update from his ChipIn:

God gave me this gift puppy, Duke, on that cool morning at 4 Corners in Colorado April 7th 2008. I haven't seen him in 6 months but I found out 2 days ago from a neighbor who called me wondering where I been, that Duke is still in the yard... a bit wild from lack of interaction with his Alpha, me, but he still stays within his habitat where he will instinctually remain since it is all he has ever known. He will stay until forcibly removed or until I can return and work my way back into his trust... the swiftness of my leaving caused much separation anxiety and distrust that must be overcome.

Because I could not raise enough to fight this in court, on 4/28/10, I plead guilty to two lesser counts of menacing, and harassment and was given a 2 year defered judgement and sentence. This means that it all goes away, as if it never happened, at the end of 2 years if I jump the hoops and remain free of law enforcement contact. This would be impossible for the strawman they created and judged in the courtroom to do. For me however it will be easy and it will give me time to rebuild my life to what it was before the control freaks took it away. People are already appearing in my life that are helping toward that end.

The only people who have seen the last 6 months of Duke training videos are my middle son and his fiance. My son's wife to be, is a zoology student who is expanding her degree into zoo keeping, management, and curation with studies attached to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and others in the area including the Denver Zoo, all through the Pikes Peak Community College. Her expertice is in the handling and training of wolves.

Her reaction to the Duke videos was one of awe at the amount of voice control I had of Duke, as well as his unsolicited dispays of affection and loving behavior toward me... It was obvious that I spent many hours a day with him... mostly off camera since it was difficult to do a lot of the work holding the camera, but the time and love spent with him shows through on the videos.
