The color scheme isn't a very good choice, but it matches the one already in use.. didn't anyone complain about that before now?

That should be a quick fix though, assuming they're taking advantage of Drupal's theme templates.

Is this intended to eventually *be* the new FTL site, or just a supplement site for show prep?  If the former, then I suggest having the content of the current FTL home page (the FTL-related news) be a tab at the top of the page, so you can toggle between the FTL news and show prep stories.

I suggest you make links open in new tabs or new windows. It's a bad idea to click on a link and then have that cause you to leave the site.
