I don't talk about politics with friends. It's a dangerous road to go down. So I actually don't know the political views of any of my friends except for one, who's a classic small-government conservative who hates Bush and thinks politicians are fucking us all over.

That's how I am most of the time. It's a subject I try to avoid. That and religion.
I'm really vocal about my political views...
Maybe that's why I don't have any friends...
Libertarianism isn't very populer here in perth.

Go to parties (real parties, not political parties) and have some fun.
Do lan partys count?  :D

Mmmm...kinda. I guess.

I normally dont argue with people over this stuff.  When I do, I get all worked up and as previously noted, yelling "bullshit"  is poor form.

The story about the cops in my livingroom getting a lecture on the 4th amendment springs to mind.  I'm lucky they didnt tazer me, but I was so drunk I woulda probably just burst into flames.

A month ago I berated some jackass in a bar who proffered his rediculous opinion about government inspection of rental units being a good thing, as a step towards gaining a permit to rent your property to tennants.  After telling him he was too stupid to make decisions for himself and generally hacking him into chunks of roadkill, I left because I ran out of money and was disgusted with the guy anyway.  An older guy who has some brains in his head low fived me on the way past his seat.

Its not a coincidence those stories both involve alcohol.

A slim majority of my friends are war mongering neo-cons.   We agree on most things.... except they are war mongerers.  Oh and they are blind to the current presidents desicration of the constitution.  Other than that though....
