Yay Primeval is back! Maybe they'll decide to air more than one season per year :(
We're on season 3 episode 3 now...

I'm wasting way too much time on BSG right now.

After this, no more TV for a couple of months...

Dead Like Me - Stories are good, characters are quirky, and it's got a likable morbid humor.

Most of the other long time series I watch are sci-fi, so I'll skip those. When it's wrapped up, you might want to give Battlestar Galactica a try. It's sci-fi, but that's not "the one thing". It's war, the end of everything, and watching what happens when people actually do lose everything. Deals with what makes one human and civilized. Looks at the best and worst in people, through religion, tradition, politics, relationships...

Double win sir, double win . . .

Who's seen "Krod Mandoon"?  It's horrible but hilarious at the same time!

I just re-watched this series not long ago, "The League of Gentlemen", from the BBC.

Described as "Dark Comedy/Drama/Horror".. it'd be too hard to explain (far beyond quirky though). But almost all characters (and there are plenty) are played by 3 actors. Lots of side stories alongside the leading plot.

There are 3 seasons of 6 episodes each, one Christmas special & one movie. The first two seasons are more comedy and have a laugh track but season 3 is much more dark/dramatic, no laugh track. The shows are guaranteed to stick with you. Completely funny characters, pathetic characters.. I was laughing at times, totally creeped out at others.

If you think you'll dig it, skip this video. It's the last portion of the final episode that gives a feel for how the show is shot and shows many of the main characters. Still can't believe it's only 3 guys..

Finally getting around to watching it now.  [BT]

Not great.  Not bad either.  I was in the mood for something Northern England-ish though.

Get Smart!

Mel Brooks understood the nature of government years ago.  The Twilight Zone (kudos to the ghost of Rod Serling), is my other classic pick.

The first two seasons of Prison Break were pretty cool too, and I enjoyed the box set of FireFly.

Australian prime-time soap McLeod's Daughters. For the accents, the storyline... and the eye candy.

I'm watching the History Channel's show The Revolution.  It's pretty good although its pretty much focused on battles and George Washington.
