Arrested Development was one of the funniest shows on network tv.

And all three seasons are on hulu.

Oh, I forgot to mention Big Love.

Also, comedic guilty pleasures:  My Name Is Earl, Little Mosque on the Prairie, King of the Hill, etc.  DON'T JUDGE ME!

I also love Big Love. I'm an ex-mormon and I have ancestors who were polygamists. I also lived in Utah and met some of the fundamentalists who were polygamists. The show is SPOT ON! They also create some interesting characters and situations.

I also like Dexter and Penn and Teller's Bullshit. Not too much else..

I think Big Love is the only HBO series I'm watching at the moment.

We're fans of several Discovery series. Mythbusters, especially.
But Dirty Jobs, Survivorman and the new one - The Detonators?
There's a guy who crawls around under cities too, but I can't remember the name of that one. The San Francisco episode was really good, and the medieval stone quarries under eastern european cities - that was nifty.

Are you thinking of Cities of the Underworld?  I think that's on the History Channel but I could be wrong.

You are probably correct. I pulled it up on demand, after we saw a promo.
The programs from those channels are grouped in the same category.

Yeah, I hardly know what network anything is on anymore with digital cable.  I just look at the guide for shows I want to watch :P
