There was a 10 year old (one of the security guards asked her) running around the mall last night screaming "Fuck me!" while licking and flashing a penis-shaped lollipop. 

You should have caught her. We could use her in an Alex Libman trap.

You know, I didn't see her.  But I'm told she was in the photo booth putting the lollipop down in between her legs while her little friend licked it.  They were mortified when someone stopped and told them that there's a monitor on the outside that allows the entire mall to see the pictures they're taking.

Like the chick in the OP...DOES SHE NEED THE ENTIRE EYELINER PENCIL?  Hopefully she wouldn't have used pencil eyeliner, but she might not be smart enough to use cream or liquid.  Or gel.  Yikes.  At the very least she'd get a dirty look from me.  Well, when she's older.  It's not her fault she's young and stupid.  Well...yes it is.
