I would have voted yes, but since you mentioned the military I have to abstain from voting.  I think the US will or already has stuck its nose into the situation, but will not send troops there.

Really? I think they're drooling to go in with military force. Yeah, I should have specified military being what I meant.

We'll see I guess.

Yeah, Im hoping that happens too. He def needs to go. I just dont want the military forcing shit because if things fall apart after he gets the boot, they will just blame it on the US.

If it looks like Gaddafi is going to win, my money's on yes: the US government will stick its festering weenie in the stew and swirl it around real good. And years later, when the guy who replaces Gaddafi turns out to be just or almost as bad as he was, they'll blame it on Islam.

I think the US gov will do it, regardless of whether Gaddafi is going down or not.....

I have to go with no.  Obama is too big a pussy and wants to continue his World Apology Tour.

Don't get me wrong i don't think we should.  it just won't be done for the wrong reason.

I voted definitely Yes.  US's big nose already is everywhere (though not necessarily in any declared and official sense).  Often it's a lesser evil, but it still sticks.

And...

We don't need Uncle Sam's thievery to raise money for tyrant-crushing ventures.

Heck, I'll pay $10,000 to play soccer with Gaddafi's severed head for 10 seconds.

Anyone care to join me?

I wouldn't be too surprised if we had a major role in getting this upheaval started in the first place.  Chess game.

This is the result of the Bush Doctrine bringing democracy to the Middle East.

And no, I'm not joking, part of the reason I have never been part of the anti-war or anti-military movement.  I'd prefer if this stuff could be done without actual military interventionism or war, but I'm not gonna bitch about dead dictators or terrorists.

What's with the name change anyway?  Middle East marketing strategy?  (Yes, I know they write in Arabic.)  You spelled it close to how I remember it.

They can use it as an excuse for the inflation.
