I'd say the fool who follows him, as the follower has the choice as to whether or not he should or shouldn't accompany a crazy man...

The fool who follows, for the original fool, the "prophet" fool, as I shall call him, has only his own perspective to consider. He is lost in his own madness. The followers can compare their own perspectives with that of the prophet fool.

If you follow someone, it tends to be because you think they're a better leader or decisionmaker than you. If a fool is better than you, then you're beyond fool, you're a damned idiot.
