I'd take Colombian Spanish.  They've got the best accent of any Spanish outside of Spain, and Castillian Spanish sounds pretentious on this sound of the pond (just my opinion, of course).  Once you've got Spanish, Portuguese is a walk in the park to pick up.

The Colombian/Ecuadorian dialect of Spanish is the cleanest and most beautiful dialect.

Classical Latin, I've already learned some, some many words find their root in Latin I think it will help me learn the other romance languages.
