Yes. I have, actually.

A guy I pass regularly on one of my running routes. He usually smiles, nods, says good morning. It's a 3.5 mile trail, so as my runs got longer, we've been passing each other more often. Um. Thanks. I don't think I actually get checked out all that often though. Even in my normal geeky engineer/programmer circles, where they do think I'm sort of cute, I quickly become one of the guys - except I'm in a skirt.

It happens in a noticeable way every once in a while. If the guy is friendly, and not an ass about it, I rather like it. Especially if it's on the bike/run path. Getting checked out & receiving smile & wave while spinning along at 16-18 mph (or running a heck of a lot slower than that) is a bit more of a boost than being ogled by the drunk guy at the end of the bar.
