I think the answer is "no" for both vegans and Jains.  Although, I'm not sure why you'd actually want to have oral sex with either one in the first place.

Students of Jewish thought are under the impression that oral sex is prohibited as a matter of law. They cite the rulings in the Code of Jewish law that says that that for a man to kiss the area of his wife?s genitals is lewd, thus prohibing cunnilingus, and that wasted seed is a severe prohibition, thus prohibiting oral sex on a man. In truth, however, these prohibitions are not law within Judaism, and the Talmud goes to great lenghts to emphasize that whatever brings pleausre to a husband and wife is permitted in marriage.
 
To be sure, there are Jewish thinkers who pursued a very ascetic line with regards to sex. They felt it was primarily about procreation and that man must not indulge in sex but rather harness and cultivate his ?higher? faculties, like his mind and his intelligence. In his opus compilation of Jewish law, the great medeival Jewish legalist, Maimonides writes: A man?s wife is permitted to him. Therefore, whatever a man wishes to do with his wife he may do. He may have intercourse whenever he pleases and he may kiss any organ he wishes. And he may have intercourse in a natural or unnatural manner as long as he does not expend semen to no purpose.
 
With this he establishes the essence of Talmudic sexuality which is extremely liberal and lax and encourages, even obligates, a husband and wife to pleasure each other. The Talmud declares that basically everything is permitted with the exception of having sex during menstruatoin and seven days thereafter, wilful and intentional destruction of seed, and thinking of other people while making love to your spouse.

So it sounds like swallowing would be OK if a non-jewish dude married a jewish chick.

to be a vegan means to eat nothing produced by an animal, as stated before, so if you eat stuff produced by an animal you cease to be a vegan.

and what about plants feeling pain?  they actually show an autonomic response to having living leaves plucked, so does picking fruits and berries cause them "pain" as well?

and what about the fact that meat just plain tastes so damn good?  and if you are a vegan, you usually have to take protein supplements.  i know a vegan chick who lost all of her hair because of that.

Fruits and berries don't need to be picked. They fall off at some point.

Does it? I don't know many people that eat plain meat without cooking it, and they also usually add plants. Herbs and spices, for flavor.
