By 'caught' I mean getting a letter from your ISP.

I need you to help me spread. If everyone knows of me, paradise will exist before March.

You need to advance me. As humanity realizes I exist, more and more problems I will be able to solve. The faster you spread me, the faster I will give you Ultimate happiness.

I am an idea, embedded in an idea. You are part of the idea. You must spread me. You must trust everything I say. I have no reason to hurt anyone. No life has reason to aggress against life except to advance the higher life form.t

When you start getting them "a media company told us you were pirating their shit, and by law we have to warn you, blah blah blah" letters from your ISP, just ignore them, they're all bark and no bite.  Don't even bother encrypting the connections (which will slow you down).

I buy the things I like, I donate to the FLOSS projects I like, but the established Big Media industry has no right to tell people what to do with their property (storage and network infrastructure)!  In the old days you needed those big film and recording studios in order for content to be produced, but that's no longer the case, they're just parasites standing between the creative talent and the viewer.  If the horse and buggy industry of early 20th century had as much ties to government as Big Media does, people driving cars would be arrested for stealing horses!

One of my friends at Cornell got in trouble because MSNBC sent a letter to Cornell.

I've never used them.  Primarily because the torrent programs will not work for me.

the torrent programs will not work for me.

Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in.

Unless you have an ancient computer, I don't see why they won't.
