While theres nothing quite as humiliating as shitting your pants, for some reason whenever I'm really chucking up I'm convinced that I'm not going to be able to get enough air in, so its gotta be #2 for me

The worst is after you puke up your guts, and have nothing left to puke, and dry heave, and gots the diarrhea. My whole family got the norovirus about 2 years ago...good times.

That's a tough call to make.  I'm inclined to say that in the past, I disliked puking more.  It tastes bad, and I end up not bending down on the floor like I should, and the pressure of the heaving bursts some of the capillaries around my eyes and nose, so I look like I bus crash victim for a few days after I puke pretty good.  Neither one is acceptable though.  Once I had something that I can only describe as severe stomach flu-like pestilence.  I think it bordered on Montezuma's revenge.  I was begging for death for almost a month.  Doctor couldn't find anything wrong with me between blood tests and abdominal x-rays though.  That was about three years ago - and I haven't been right since.

I never used to mind "the old soldier's disease" too much until I saw a picture of a rectal prolapse on the internet. Now I not only experience pain whilst diarrheanating, but also acute paranoia regarding the arrangement of my lower digestive tract. (I'm never quite rational when I'm sick. It's my least favorite thing about it.) So I'd have to go with barfing.

Prefer either to dry heaves, though.
