I didn't vote, because it depends on the situation, and whether or not J.S. posts accurate info.  These factors vary quite a bit.  But assuming the info was accurate:

Ballapuran/john/Hansen situation >> appropriate

Nathyn/William Young situation >> marginal

NHA10/Powerchuter/Jacobs situation   >> douchey

Plus one douche point for posting info (at least the accurate part) already known by many people, and govt. agents due to unrelated prior issues and associations.
