idiotic
Oh, hi Dude.
"idiotic" depends on who you may ask.
As requested by you, I've not interacted with you until now. It was a good suggestion and I like it this way.
Personally I'll skip opening up the tired old issue, but if you want to keep slinging shit around - ain't no stoppin ya, but it lacks class unless you can really back it up.
Its an opinion and I stand by it.
Private property means you abide by the owners requests. You believe that your first amendment rights extend to private property. They don't. You spent many hours trying to construct an argument to the contrary. In my book, that means either you don't understand private property, or the first amendment. Or both.
For a real world demonstration, get invited into a friends house, start a disagreement, and then insist on staying after he demands you leave.
Pretty simple, really.
...
The rule in question is an anti-bigotry policy. I'm fine with that rule.
One action taken towards meeting the goal of having a bigotry free BBS was to implement a word filter. I think that's stupid - but, whatever. No biggie. I don't and haven't used The N Word so it doesn't apply to me.
The word filter falls short of including many common bigoted phrases, except those that pertain to black folks. Thus the anti-bigotry policy does not exist to protect the feelings of gays, asians, latinos or whites, only blacks. This means that the BBS really isn't dedicated to being bigotry free, or that whomever is implementing the filter doesn't truly comprehend the issue.
That's logic for ya. I'll stick with that and you can continue to use emotion as your ideological foundation.
