Yes he's predjudiced, but he makes a hell of a case for being so.

I believe he is.  I'll admit to being so myself.  I never give "the man" the benefit of the doubt.  When I hear of a "good thing" government did I go looking for unintended consequences or ulterior motives immediately (and usually find them).  In Ian's case.  It's his job.  I think experience brought us both to this point.  I wasn't born that way.  I was raised in an authoritarian pro-government no matter what they do environment.  So while I admit to being strongly biased in my reactions to "the man".  He brought it on himself.
