Decentralization of the justice system is one of the final and most theoretical steps in the Anarcho-Capitalist theory.  As I've pointed out many times, I'm on both sides of the anarchist / minarchist debate, I see one as a stable version of a product while the other is an unstable pre-alpha version.  What you've said has absolutely nothing to do with the substance of this thread, which is freedom of speech, victimless crimes, and so on.

But any "speech" (including copying of photographs, video, etc) of you doing that, even if it indeed was a crime, should not be illegal.  No quantity or possible combination of 1's and 0's should ever be a crime!
