Of course it's easy to look like you're winning when you ignore a large portion of what I said and reply to a small portion taken out of context, non-responsively (not answering my damn question), and ignoring the real issue.
I refuted the point a long time ago. I answered all your questions and you seem to not read my responses at all. You just whine like a little bitch about it.

Quote
If you'd like answer my questions, please, do so, until then, I'm not interested in continuing this portion of the arguement, I'll assume you concede if you can't address what I posted IN FULL.
I did, READ MY FUCKING POSTS, ASSFUCK.

How did X aquire Y? If X traded with W, how did W aquire it, if we assume W was the one who originally owned it? Why is prior control 9/10 of ownership? Why not 4/5? Why not 99%?
Because 9/10s is possession UNDER COMMON LAW, DUMBASS. Again, study the law and study philosophy of law. The other 1/10 is ACCESS TO THE OBJECT IN QUESTION. Maybe if you understood that then you would have a fucking clue, but don't so sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up and let the adults speak, k?

Keti, also your questions are STRAWMEN that HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ARGUMENT ITSELF.

Asking if it's okay to kill someone by cracking open someone's Scuba tank because the air they have isn't owned doesn't fucking cover what I'm dealing with, it's a fucking strawman and even a red herring in that the consequence of that action HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PREMISE.

Then this other bullshit of how X got Y is also bullshit because you're whining that 'why is ownership 9/10s possession WAHHHH!?!?' when it is a common law edict that is accepted because it follows the form, and it HAS NOTHING WITH RESPECT TO THE CONTEXT OF MY ARGUMENT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. IT IS SIMPLY A FORMULATION THAT EXPLAINS THAT OWNERSHIP IS MODULAR, OR MADE OF DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS. PLEASE GET A FUCKING CLUE, ASSHOLE.

So, in short, NO MORE RED HERRINGS AND NO MORE STRAWMEN, KETI OR FUCK OFF. *presses ignore button on Keti aka moron boy*

From Slashdot.org -- Open WAP = Probable Cause? --

Quote
A court in Texas has ruled that an open WAP is not a sufficient defense against child pornography charges, a ruling which could carry over to p2p users [i.e. Freenet]. In addition, it appears that an open WAP could be seen as probable cause by law enforcement.

IMO, not using any form of security and having the "broadcast" option turned on for a WiFi router is an open invitation (literally, not figuratively) to use it.  I have my inside router locked down and not broadcasting, but I'm considering setting up an "outside" (outside my subnet, but inside my ISP node) router as a literal invitation.

If you do this, folks, remember to have it set up as "FreeTalkLive," and if you have the facility to cause people's home page to come up where you want them (as many seem to have) make that FreeTalkLive.com.

I can set up an access point that makes people pay for it, blocks porn, captures their Myspace passwords...

That's a good way to consider it. Basically, use an open port as your risk. All the data is theirs by default, not yours. And if they rape it, too bad on you, dumbass!

Oh, I forgot. While I KNOW HOW to do this, I have never used a custom wireless access point to capture 8,401 people's passwords...
