The fact that they suck ass is more important than their political views.

I can deal with godsmack, if it's mixed with a bunch of good music.  I love almost all of their stuff the first time I hear it, but no more.

I don't care.  I don't listen to the show for the music beds.

Neither do I, but I like the current ones fine.

I'd prefer anything that is not metal.  It makes me think of Michael Savage who has this metal crap as his cushion music.

You guys are broadcast in Boston now.  How about some Dropkick Murphys?

Really, I'd like anything better than the death metal...

The best music on FTL is the "You're listening to the Genesis Communications Network" music which is like...shit, I can't remember it now.

I vote changing it to epic trance, or epic goth rock. Or anything else epic, for that matter.

Some "Kiss Me, I'm Shitfaced" could do this show some good.

I like DKM but their pro union stance doesn't fit to well in a show about the free market. If you want some local flavor The Queers are from NH. For reason Rush tends to be a libertarian stand by, I guess mentioning Ayn Rand in the liner notes do that.

Neither of those exist. Never have, never will.

Whatever, both are practically epic by design :D

If you want to hear FTL with a BAD (by that I mean bad, not good) music bed, tune into the stream right now.  It's unbearable.

That's how I started listening to the show, I was at a freind's house and he was listening and I walked in during a music bed. I was thinking "any show with music this good is worth a listen".

I vote for clips from Tarantula A.D.'s album Book of Sand. Clips from "The Century Trilogy II: Empire"
