I use these at work:

(Mostly the 0.7 mm one.)

At home I use old ball point Paper Mate Flex Grip pens.

For a pen,  I like these.  I use them at work pretty much exclusively in purple.  I have all the colors, but for what ever reason, I like purple the most.

As for pencils, I like .5mm mechanical pencils.

.5mm lead breaks too easily for me. I prefer .7mm lead (graphite I guess).

I think the fine line looks neater, so that's why I use it.

UniBall gel/liquid things.  Medium point.  Black.  Clickable.

click-click, click-click

I love those things, but I end up wearing more of the ink than stays on the paper.  I don't know how.  This is why I'm not allowed to wear white very often.  I did today, and didn't manage to spill anything, but it did rain.

I'm not picky when writing.. whatever's closest.

But I use one of these all night long while working:

I prefer a smooth, gel based ink when I write. That said, I write so seldomly that I tend to use whatever's around.

I do, however, label a ton of CDs and for that job I have a black Sharpie fine point.
