Im suprised how well the vaporizer is doing. I didn't think they had caught on yet.

How does the vaporizer work? 
My living, ex brother in law and I built a pipe in which the (really expensive) pot, or, hash was put in a test tube with a stopper that had two openings, one for incoming air and one that went to a hooka.  An alcohol lamp was put under the test tube and adjusted to heat the drug just up to the point of combustion.  When you drew on the hooka, enough oxygen was introduced to start combustion, which stopped when you stopped toting.  The little bit of extra smoke was trapped in the test tube.  No waste!

I personally think bongs and bubblers get you higher for the amount of herb consumed.....since you can generally take bigger hits...........and ice/snow or ice water in the bong or bubbler is the shit

the only time I ever smoked pot was through a makeshift "pipe" made out of an apple... It worked, not very well though. I'd be interested in trying the vaporizer though, sounds like a great way...

I've smoked out of make-shift apple pipes a few times before.  I was awed at he simplicity of it once it had been suggested to me.

pipes are generally what i prefer to smoke out of...
