You want to see some serious ass-kicking CHANGE begin made by a young'n, check out this guy:
http://www.votestearns.com/bio.php
He wan't even 18 years old when he filed to run for State Rep; he just turned 18, a week before the election.

And he's pro-Freedom on every issue:
http://www.votestearns.com/issues.php

He's running a longshot campaign, but I know a lot of Free-Staters (myself included) are supporting him every way we can.

I know I want to run for office once I've made enough money up in New Hampshire.  Hopefully by the time I'm 30 or so.

Who needs money? I hardly make anything, and I'm moving in just a few months from now.

Money ususally assures one's competitiveness, especially in politics.

If you spend more than $500 running for State Rep in NH, you are doing it wrong.

We want this info to use to talk to advertisers, so please be as accurate as you can.

I will try hard to remember, but I can't always get the right answer.

I really appreciate the 35-44 bracket.  For some reason I think I would feel older if the cutoff was at 40.  Maybe I have a young mind because I have always been interested in adventure.  I might not fit the normal demographic for talk radio but I think this show is significant.

The poll needs more options!  What should an 11-year-old female-to-male transgendered person put??   :?  j/k

I just turned 25, which puts me in the next bracket...  damn I'm old!

The poll needs more poon!  Where the fuck are the women?!
They're all real busy taking their pictures for the Shrine...

It's interesting that, for so many male listeners, they seem to keep pretty quiet on the BBS....either that, or the women are just noisy.

...Or maybe I'm just more likely to notice fellow women.   :)

Probably, but the females in this forum do seem to post a lot and make a bit more noise. Anyone who says women are naturally passive hasn't met many intelligent women.

Well, NH state rep doesn't pay well.  I'm gonna want to maintain my standard of living.

Well, if they have one short session per year, and compensate you for travel expenses to the capitol (you could always live in Concord), it wouldn't be hard to maintain a normal job and take time off to perform your 'duties'. I don't know that much about politics in New Hampshire, but that's what I've gathered from conversations with Free Staters

My worry is that the message of liberty, particularly with young FTL listeners, is simply a fad that will fade with time.  They're young & cocky now, but as they're drawn into the 'professional' corporate world with its government-sanctioned legal system, banking, investments/401K, etc., and the additional burdens of home & family, will the tendency be to just go with the flow and submit to the corrupt system because that's how our society works?  Will talk of our Constitution be further reduced to merely academic discussion?
