Some of these things goes in cycles.  You have a population boom.  Then you have a period where population declines then at some point for some mysterious reason people start to FUCK MORE and you have another population boom.  Give it time and you'll see another increase in population.  Fucking idiots.

If we can figure out how to melt or heat up this "mind", then we will be able to produce amazing things. The "senses" are still mind, because everything is mind. Here's the problem with your argument so far. You have made unsupported assumptions, baseless insults, and generally haven't constructed anything useful. Basically, you're acting like an irrational  being for what it's worth. The funnier thing is, that I believe you when you state them that you believe in them, and that's a sad situation, friend. If the Universe is mind, then you should able to live without food, water, and shelter; becoming impervious to the elements of space and time. If you can do these things under a controlled experiment, I'm all game. Until then, you're just another irrational person screaming at the mountain to move. And that mountain will not move.

Also, transhumanism has nothing to do with becoming some god-like figure. Rather it's a general attitude that technology has served humankind for its entire existence and will continue to do so at a more imitate level as we become more or less [explicitly] cyborgs. If that scares you, I'm sure you're not the first nor the last as even people were scared of airplanes and cars. New things stimulate two possible responses: curiosity or fear. The latter has kept the species from getting gobbled up by the big toothy grins of predators, but it has also kept us from finding new ways to live, so it is the work of the former to shake us our of fear addled mindsets to survive better than we have survived in past. Richard, you're stuck in the fear mindset when there is no predator's toothy grin to gobble you up, you need to switch back over to curiosity and explore the options that are unfolding before you as sooner or later you will have to live or you will have to die (by your own hand, and by your own fear).

Even though you say that I'm being irrational, it still sounds like you like what I am saying, and that you think it's possible. I've given various examples as to why the physical universe is mind in a array of soft to hard states of density. There are countless examples to show this.

Then show them.

We already know how to transform some of these states of density into hard and soft things....but how far can we take things? I have a sneaky suspicion that nature already has the capabilities to do what I think can be done on a more massive scale, and that nature will do it when the conditions are ripe. If the physical universe is not mind, then what is it? How could mind interact with something that is not mind? It' cant. If mind is interacting with the physical universe, it's because there is a relationship of properties that allows for this interaction to take place. If there was no relationship, then there would be no interaction.

Again, proof? No proof implies there's no basis for your argument.

If mind is typically regarded as "soft", then it should have it's "hard" opposite, and many levels in between. In Reality, Mind is soft to hard, and hard to soft. If the opposite of the physical universe is the "mind", which is most people think, then it's not irrational to think that it's all still Mind.

Yes it is if there's no proof of Idealism then there's no proof that the mind is anything more than a pattern recognition system.

And..... I don't really fear technology....I just don't think humans are smart enough to make exceptional technology that compares to Nature's technology. Nature isn't even showing us the full extant of its superior technology.
