That's why I carry around tranqs. Just for that particular situation. If you're not prepared for the worst then there's no reason you should be alive.

If the owner needs to pay the victim's hospital bills, you can be sure that it won't happen often.

Unless they're filthy rich, which logically leads me to assume they will unleash unholy dog armies out into the world to do their bidding.

Oh, and if I DO get attacked by Fido, I usually carry pepper spray. It works pretty good--at least, so far.
