I've only caught up to reality about twice ever.
I find this statement eminently believable.

Dennis! I caught up with reality again today. What a rush!!!  :)

I'm listening live right now. I feel like part of the real world. This too, however, shall pass.

I listen to the podcast when I'm doing home and business chores that don't require much mental attention; also while driving, shopping and at the gym. I never listen, unless it's while doing some activity. I probably get to hear about 70% of the shows, except during times that I listen to audio books or another podcast. Then it drops to about 30% of shows.

As the state feeds off of the limitation and destruction of legitimate government, anarchy is its essence.

To claim "economic rent" from someone Else's labor when applied to land, which is something no one can own outright, is in itself, to claim landlord status over raw nature. It is an attempt at coercive monopoly power that is at the root of statism.
