Oh man, my mom made meatloaf the other night (I very rarely eat her cooking anymore).  Now, meatloaf is kind of an odd thing to begin with, but for shit's sake - her meatloaf is the worst thing I think I have ever tasted.

A good rule of thumb on entering a steakhouse is that if it has steak sauce sitting on the tables, leave.

Instead of buying nasty sauces, get better meat and/or work on your cooking technique.

I was lucky enough to find a meat wholesaler that sold to the general public and got the best churrasco steak I ever had....  you are 100% correct....  I only needed a little bit of chimichuri sauce for the garlic and lime and it brought out the flavor like when my dad prepares it....   melts in your mouth!  MMMMMMMM

horseradish I can stand if it's the weak bottled type. . . I bought real horseradish and almost sneezed out my entire sinus system.
