How did a guy who was only wanting to travel within the USA without getting stopped and harassed, then only exercising his constitutionally protected rights, how did he get what he deserved??? Are you insane?

He stopped which is what he is legally required to do. He was asked his citizenship which the federal thug has a legal right to do. But legally, that's where it ends. This pastor has a 4th amendment right -- The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Then the Pastor has a 5th amendment right -- No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

No matter what you think of his religion, he stood up for freedom and liberty and took a beating for it. Would you have the nads to stand up and fight for freedom and liberty??? I am not saying you wouldn't but by your post, I highly doubt you would!

Within 100 miles of the border, it actually isn't a constitutionally protected right.

I support things happening to people who deserve it. And this guy unquestionably deserved it.

No where in the constitution does it say that within 100 miles of the border, you no longer have constitutionally protected rights. Are you telling me that some politicians who just say "100 miles- no rights!" and so we no longer have those rights? This guy was driving in the USA where he is supposed to be free. Why do you say he is questionable? Because you do not agree with his religion? He never even metioned his religion. He only wanted to travel without being harassed.

If you feel that people who you think are jackasses deserve to get beat down by the feds, it won't be long until the group of people you may be associated with will get beat down too. If you want to be free, you have to let others who you disagree with be free as well. You cannot pick and choose which group of people deserve a beat down and still maintain freedom. If you give the government the power to beat down god fearing Christians, because you feel they are assholes, it will not be long before your kind will get beat down. That pastor may try to persuade you to follow gods word, but he is not the one using force. The feds who beat him down were the ones using force and that fact alone makes them the assholes. Focus on those who use force on others. For some reason you are fixated on hating Christians. What is it about the Christian's use of persuasion that you despise so much. They are not using force so let them be. Stand up for liberty and freedom  for ALL including Christians!!!!

No, I'm fixated on people telling me I'm going to hell for being gay. He doesn't want freedom for me.

And he acted like an asshole to them anyway. If he had treated them with the respect they deserve for being human beings he probably wouldn't have been treated that way.

Ok. First off, the pastor is Christian and Christians believe if you do not except Jesus as your savior, then you are going to hell. Being gay goes against Christian teachings but the Christians do not FORCE you to be straight. They use persuasion. You may not agree with the pastor and that is fine. Christians understand Jesus did not use force. Rather he used persuasion and ostracism. NEVER force!

You say "He doesn't want freedom for me." If he did not want you to be free, he would use force on you. You must understand the difference between persuasion and force. He is trying to persuade you. That sir is freedom.

You say he should show respect to the border thugs. OK. So if I stop you on your way to work to make sure your here legally, your not drunk, you have a license, you have insurance etc, and you are late for work, and I am a private citizen who will use force should you decide to ignore me, would that be OK with you?

1. first of all it doesnt matter if someone just has an attitude or is an asshole. You just ignore them. No one has any right to agress against someone unless they agress against you. There will ALWAYS be some bigot out there who doest agree with something you do or say. It gives no right either way. just like you'll probably find something that someone else does that you dont agree with.

2. No he's a washed up wrestler selling shitty t-shirts. Get ur facts straight.

2. Yeah, well, you're not a border patrol agent, you're a washed up wrestler.
