I downloaded south park season 8 today through vuze, and I recieved an e-mail from my service provider saying if they continue to recieve complaints about my copyright infringement they would cut my internet access off (bullshit), well I'm going to continue downloading illegaly like a real man does, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips to be safer.... Like does tor work? should I hide my ip address and will that pretty much keep my anonymous? HELP!!!!

Go here: http://www.peerblock.com/ (http://www.peerblock.com/). Try using Utorrent, not Vuze. It's much better. Also, enable encryption on your client. In Utorrent, go to Options>Preferences>Bittorrent>Protocol Encryption.

PeerGuardian has no driver signature, has compatibility issues and has a shitty list support system. It is also no longer maintained. Peerblock is based on the same code, is kept current, has great list management, and has a driver signature, so you'll have no issues running it in a newer 64 bit environment.
