we have our own rolling machine...we buy "American Spirit" Tobacco...get it at any tobacco store...its 100% additive free natural tobacco...100% free of chemical additives.  it contains only whole leaf natural tobacco...no preservatives, no scrap or reconstituted sheet tobacco, and no processed stems.   tastes great....we also buy the filtered tubes to use with the machine....much cheaper and safter than buying those toxic cancer sticks....check it out

« on: October 23, 2011, 08:41:58 PM »
is awake and knows the situation we have at hand and is probably the only Ron Paul supporter in his school.  The other day in his social studies class they had to come up with a speech a play a song or anything dealing with how america was started.  he decided to rap about it.  he came up with his own lyrics about the american revolution and did his thing in front of the class.  he won first place in the compitition and he said the class went wild.  i am very proud of him.  he and i have been listening to freetalklive since he was about 9 or 10 years old.  ive taught him about freedom and what this country is suppose to be all about since he was able to understand.  he is the only 15 year old that i know about that knows his rights and understands what the constitution is about....and on top of that he is a very popular kid in school.  here are the lyrics he wrote and the video of him rappin "american history rap" (the music is jay z's dead presidents) :)  enjoy and pass it around if ya like....if the guys at ftl would give him a shout out on air it would make his day!  thanks guys and keep up the good work...

American History Rap

George the 3rd
he was a king
a captain
imposing on the sugar and stamp act
if youdidnt pay ya taxes he would have his soldiers cap ya

the offspring of that was the 13 colonies
they set up on tha east side yellin
no taxation without representation

but thanks to George W.
the citizens can fight back
Continental army made sure of that

Thats what they call a revolution...American Revolution....
It was time for a movement

they took a big step in 76

Thomas J wrote the declaration of independence
and now the britians cant be in our business

France sees us winnin
we partnered up
now everybodies grinnin

until 78
it was cold
no food on the plates
but the soldiers made it through and made it home

in 81 we forced the brits to surrender in York Town Virginia
in 87 came the resolution
the constitution....

We the People.

here is the letter i gave him to give to the teacher in case they pull him out of class again and send him to the office like they did the other day....because the principal told him either to get a note from parents or to stand up and say it....he said the principal was upset and was asking him why and did he not love his country and just couldn't understand why he decided not to say it...so the last few days my son has just been standing up and acting like he's saying it...said when the teacher would look at him he would just move his mouth hahaha  a few months back i did explain to my son who wrote the pledge and that you dont have to say it to love your country and he understands that washington is corrupt and understands a lot more than the average kid about politics and probably knows more than those teachers at his school.....he's been listening to freetalk live podcast with me for the last 3 years ;)....and back in 2008 his whole school had a little voting thing with all the kids and he was the only one that voted for ron paul :)  of course he had to write it in because ron was not on the list.....he's a very smart young man and im proud of him....
------
i give permission for my son to say or not say the pledge of allegience. i feel that it is his personal choice and his freedom to choose is what makes this country so special. he loves his country and understands that it is freedom of choice that he is exercising. saying the pledge of allegiance should never be forced on anyone seeing how that would go against everything this country stands for. thank you very much.
-----------
so i told him if they have anything to say to him again to give them this. hopefully this will keep them quite for a while....anyway thanks for the responses...just burns me up how crazy things are sometimes..

he is 14 and he told me the other day that he got in trouble for not saying the pledge....he understands that something is not right about it and of course i have been teaching him about liberty and freedom and of course the state but he really couldn't remember what to tell the teachers when they asked him why and if it was some sort of religious reason.....so he just told them that it was his choice and that he loved america but he just feel right about saying the pledge..and that they shouldn't make a big deal about it but they did....any suggestions on what i need to tell him to tell the teachers next time?  something sorta simple that he can remember because he is the only one in school that is actually standing up for his personal beliefs.  i'm very proud of him but i dont want this to cause him to be an outcast at school.....he is very well liked at school and everyone really looks up to him but when the teachers cant understand why he wouldn't pledge they can come against him....anything that i can tell him?  or something that i can point him to that he can read and understand why some people dont say the pledge...and something he can tell these teachers without being mean or a smartass...something kinda lite and to the point without getting him further in trouble..thanks guys

« on: October 21, 2010, 09:26:35 PM »
So whats up with the PS3 AND XBOX putting out 90%+ first person shooter games? Dont they know there are sooooooo many more genres of gaming out there that people would buy if they would just make them? Dont get me wrong, I like some Battlefield 2 etc etc, but come on, you can only go so far with that model. Maybe some Risk type games, or something with a little more creativity and strategy based gaming.

What a waste of system.

I know....... "thats what PC gaming is for." but thats not a good excuse.

i have a ps3 and not only are they coming out with fewer choices but the games that are coming out just suck so bad it makes you want to flip out....the new medal of honor is so bad compared to battlefield bad company 2(multiplayer) it make you wonder what the hell are the guys thinking...if you havent got the new moh do not get it...it BLOWS. just like modern warfare 2 the maps are so small everybody is running around on top of each other...the maps suck...and nothing but little kids who cant even put together a sentence on there talking...er not really talking just saying a bunch of badly put together cuss words..if you want to see and hear first hand of people being dumbed down take a listen to the online dummies...they need some really big maps with plenty of room to move and how about being able to fly some helicopters or a few tanks here or there...but na nothing fun like that...just 20 people bunch up in a little box... battlefield  bad company 2 multiplayer is the best game out there.  i tell you another one that i just got thru playing that is really really good is prince of persia....damn good game...other than that there really not anything worth a damn on the consoles...its almost retarded.  ahhh what happened to the good old days when games like ultima 4 for the commodore 64 were on the top...

Good comparison between Huxley and Orwell.  Could you post a link to the original for a bigger print which would be more readable.

hey libertylover....yeah i thought it was a good comparison too.....heres the link to the forum where there is a really interesting conversation going on about huxley and orwell...its where i got the little comic and thought i would share with you guys.  somebody said that huxley's society is for the rich and orwell's is for the poorer of nations.....

http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread613562/pg1

one of the posters said....

Quote
Huxley once said...

"There will be in the next generation or so a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them but will rather enjoy it."

Which immediately reminds me of this...

i watched paranormal activity a few months back and it freaked me out....i live alone and sleep upstairs and i could not go to bed without keeping some lights on for about a week.  i swear i could hear something coming up my stairs at night.  im a grown man too and movies usually dont bother me but that one messed with me.  even now i have to stop myself from thinking about it at night.  some people say that movie is stupid but to me it was messed up.

PS3: Dragon Age Origins

Dragon Age is much, much better on PC.

ANY game is 100x better on pc.  been playing the new starcraft....waiting on diablo 3.  played wow for the last 5 years...just cant even look at it any more ;)  if you havent played battlefield 2142 get it... http://battlefield.ea.com/battlefield/bf2142/
best game(s) ever?....the ultima series...(early 80s)  the ultima games changed my life....that was when games was just being born..long live Lord British!  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Garriott

but ultima 4 was probably my favorite game of all time.  played ultima 4-10
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultima_IV:_Quest_of_the_Avatar

I think battlefield 2 was better then 2142 and I have been playing Battlefield bad company 2

yeah this is true....all the battlefields are so much better than that jank game call of duty on the consoles.....dont get me wrong i do have the cod games but they are so lame compared to battlefield...really really lame.  the call of duty maps are so small that its stupid.  everybody is running around in a small little box just shooting like retards....battlefield your in it....pretty freggin awesome.  the helicopters and tanks are just bad ass....all the vehicles are very deadly.....the maps are really good and realistic....weapons are tha shanizik....just an all around great war game.  can you tell i like it :)  bad company 2 is really good too......graphics are excellent...i like the tanks in bc2...when they fire off the whole ground shakes and dust is blown everywhere...wheres my bowl in need to fire up and go play ;)

http://dsc.discovery.com/news/slideshows/marijuana-stash.html

A dig site at the Yanghai Tombs with the Gobi Desert's Huoyan Shan mountain range in background. Archaeologists uncovered a 2,700-year-old grave here that contained a stash of marijuana.

A photograph of the grave's whole cannabis sample as it is examined in a lab. The scientists are unsure if the marijuana was grown for more spiritual or medical purposes, but it's evident that the blue-eyed man was buried with a lot of it.

this is it.  thank you guys.  great vids.  great info.  posting it on my local radio talk show forum now....should freak out those people a little.  maybe not.  ive been working on them since the campaigns so little by little they are opening their eyes and realizing what is going on.   very creepy that people are so oblivious to the tyranny.
reminds me of talkback....  i listen to the guys calling that "talkback" radio show over at freekeen.com and i am just blown away at the hosts and some of the people that call in and defend the actions of the state.  plus they sound very mentally slow for some reason.  the hosts just sit there completely dumbfounded with never anything to say and the callers sound like it is difficult for them to put a sentence together and when they do it all garbled..half of it not making any kind of sense.  very very strange.  it is some sort of mass insanity.  something is either in the water or these prescription pills is making everyone slowly loose their minds.  i have a feeling there is no escape.
