Research on how to kill people more effectively is, in my opinion, a very bad thing 
and just think.. any new ideas that come from this research will only be used to oppress the citizens even more. How is that good?
I would NEVER contribute my services to government... unless they paid me so much I could move to an island paradise country and live like a king...outside US extradition of course!
And the vampire / liberty thing I believe was from The Nation magazine, which is a great mag. Or it might be from Village Voice.
