in response to the video saying that obscenity is not covered by the First amendment it is it is speech just like any other but I would the men in drag and the women wearing big black dresses over there street cloths do not respect it as such.

what is sad about Peppermint Patty is that before her mental illness struck her in her mid twenty's she was a small business owner and was doing really well for herself but once the illness struck she started living on the street and spent her money on scams my uncle used to rent an apartment to her and she was a great tenant until the illness struck

I took my Siberian Husky puppy to a restaurant that i go to on a regular basis and can watch her out the window when i am at the bar. I go out every time I see some one playing with her to make sure she is not taken and to ask the people not to allow her to nip them. This time I walk out and see it is Peppermint Patty a long time bum in my neighborhood and Patty says "I did not ask her for change" at that point I had to hold back laughter. Does any one here know of a puppy or dog for that manner who carries change and would understand some one asking for it?

A protest against what exactly?  I have mixed feelings about this, and I'm curious to know where you got arrested.  (I mean type of building or outdoor space, not city / state.)

It's perfectly reasonable that privately-owned institutions like malls, private roads, parks, colleges, neighborhood associations, etc would have rules against rowdy behavior / drunkenness - but they'd be free not to have such rules if that makes more business sense for them.  According to the Anarcho-Capitalist theory, all public property is evil, but that theory remains unproven IRL.  According to the Minarchist theory, which takes no leaps of logic, some government institutions are not practical to privatize any time soon, including the courts, most roads, possibly libraries, and so on.

I was in front of a gas stations convenience store where the employees know and like me i was finishing a smoke not bothering any one

okay I went to the courts website it is a 135.00 fine but after penalty's it becomes 207.60 dollars god I love our court system

i have to go in tomorrow and have my court date i am going to plead no contest to the charges and might have to pay a 362 dollar fine

 I am out now but got arrested for the first time last night for public intoxifacation it sucked i now have to miss two days of work to deal with one is today i could not get any sleep in jail and one for my trial

As far as shooting it my work does not allow employees to carry weapons and since it is private property I respect the rule   

...but if there was no workplace rule, you woulda plugged the fucker.  Double-tap, center mass. 

It was to quick he said it flicked me off and starting walking off I would have been in the wrong if I shot him in the back even though he threatened me but if he comes at me again I will pull because of the threat on Friday, and I am going to move to N.H. hopefully by the end of the year
