General / guten morgen & hello from germany

hello hello everyone. just thought i would introduce myself as i am new here. me and my family are from north carolina but have been living in germany for the last two years. plan on moving back to the states sometime soon (hopefully sooner than later, i love it here but i miss waffle house, yes i was raised dirty south).
i am 26 years old and married to my best friend from high school. we have three kiddos, a small dog, and a pet turtle that is living with my father in the states until i can go home and re-claim him (the turtle, haha).
