General / Totally gay music thread!!
« on: March 17, 2011, 11:19:29 PM »
This is for music that you think is totally gay. I'm not talking about gay in the conventional homosexual sense. I'm talking about gay as in "My god man!!! That song is totally gay!!"

Here, let me start it off with a doozie!

General / This family deserves a baseball bat upside the head

Roger Kreutz was ordering coffee from a Crestwood Starbucks on March 3, 2008, when suddenly a 19-year-old thief snatched the barista tip jar from the counter, according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

Kreutz chased the man, later identified as Aaron Poisson, out of the coffee shop and the two had a physical altercation near the thief's car. Kreutz was thrown to the ground after Poisson, in his rush to escape, hit him with his car, the Dispatch reported.

Kreutz later died from head injuries related to the incident.

Poiisson, of Cumming, Ga., was later arrested in St. Louis, and eventually pleaded guilty of involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to one year in prison, the paper reported.

Now, Kreutz' family has filed a wrongful-death suit against the coffee giant, blaming Starbucks for inviting criminal activity by leaving tip jars near customers.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by the Dispatch, Starbucks "did not employ security to prevent the perpetration of such crimes" and that it "invited the act of perpetration of said crime" by having a tip jar.

Starbucks did not comment to the paper regarding the lawsuit.

The paper also reports that Poisson is not named in the lawsuit.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, if you really thought Starbucks was stupid for leaving tip jars out in the open in front of customers, why would you care if someone tried to rob it? Wouldn't you just let the guy rob it and let Starbucks learn their lesson if this is how you really felt?

These people deserve to be pissed on, not paid.

General / Called Paul Krugman a dummy :)
« on: December 20, 2010, 02:18:24 PM »
Paul Krugman said in his op-ed column in the NYT:

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/12/20/opinion/20krugman.html

"How, after runaway banks brought the economy to its knees, did we end up with Ron Paul, who says “I don’t think we need regulators,” about to take over a key House panel overseeing the Fed?"

I commented:

"Because, dummy,  he wants to see competition in currency. Thats what a "free market" means. We dont have a free market because we are forced to accept only FRN's as currency, hence we end up with government and banks taking risks with all the dollars that americans hold. With a basket of currencies, this could not happen because people might see the writing on the wall and  could switch to a currency that isnt maniupulated by bad decisions made by the government. Of course, clowns like yourself would be against this because you could no longer place the american tax payer on the hook for bad decisions and bad investments that the banks and the government collude to make."

My comment showed up for about 10 minutes in the comments section...... then was deleted. Got an email saying "Ad hominem attacks will not be tolerated in the comments section of this column", to which I replied, "Neither will common sense apparently."

What a douche-bag extraordinaire this guy is.

BTW, all comments on this op-ed have been disabled so dont waste your time.

General / How about this for an idea on TSA feel-ups?
« on: November 21, 2010, 12:29:39 PM »
This idea is for people who are going to travel no matter what. Might as well fuck with em a little bit in the process.

When you refuse the scanner and they proceed to grope you and stick their grubby fingers down your drawers, start moaning like youre getting all hot over it. Like "oooooh yeah, yeah baby, oh shit that feels good. I think im gonna c......................oh yeah!!" real loud so everyone can hear, or something along those lines. Aside from the TSA agent being some perv like myself and a few others on here, the agent is bound to get pretty red faced I would think.

General / Console games ............. wtf?
« on: October 19, 2010, 02:47:40 PM »
So whats up with the PS3 AND XBOX putting out 90%+ first person shooter games? Dont they know there are sooooooo many more genres of gaming out there that people would buy if they would just make them? Dont get me wrong, I like some Battlefield 2 etc etc, but come on, you can only go so far with that model. Maybe some Risk type games, or something with a little more creativity and strategy based gaming.

What a waste of system.

I know....... "thats what PC gaming is for." but thats not a good excuse.

General / zombie mike !!!
« on: October 01, 2010, 07:26:52 PM »
Apparently, this is what I will look like if I ever get bitten by a zombie. Pretty cool.

You put your picture in this doohickie and it auto-zombifies it. Might be nothing new to some of you, but it was to me.

ATTN: Will change your homepage to Bing, but after you make your picture you just delete the .exe and change it back.
