I really got into 40 S/W for a long time.  Still love my glock 23 which I had robar do a grip reduction.  I guess I bought into all the 9mm not being powerful enough I guess over a decade ago now.  Thing is as I kept shooting and was into concealed carry I learned I shot 9mm far better.  Faster and more accurately.

so after years and spending more money than I needed to buying guns I thought I would like but in reality didn't work well for me.  I like what I found works for me.

9mm sig sauer 239.

The Show / Re: Paid App for FreeTalkLive/LRN

I liked using the LRN app when I would listen to the show live.  I use the stitcher podcast app to listen mostly to the show when I do.  The LRN app was pretty good though and I used it just a couple days before I heard on the show that it was no longer working.

I am a piece of work.  Never mind. I'm just gonna lay low from now on and try to keep my mouth shut.  Not drinking would help. ha?
peace.

I am done with FTL. none of you will miss miss me.  You wouldn't have wanted me anyway. Take care. I will tell this. I won't be voting for any of these A holes. I'm going to write in Marc Emery's name and yes I know he is A Canadian.
I also think many of  you got your noses in the air. You don't see how every human being has some ability to help.  So I am gone. I am not gonna listen ever again.  Do anything to support this show or anything that I think is of any support. later. have fun thinking you guys are so cool.

that brain washed AA twelve stepper Chris.  he did all twelve step programs a disservice.  what a closed minded person.  I pity anyone who is forced to have to be part of that cult.  just cause he cant use cannabis responsibly he would deny all?

The Polling Pit / Re: Is Scott "the Bigot" - For Real?
« on: December 17, 2011, 12:58:59 PM »
i called in last week voicing my feeling about Scott.  How I didn't like him and thought his calls were getting old and hard to take.  I know it may have seemed to the hosts I was giving them a raft of shit about it but I was truly just expressing my thoughts and feeling about it.  the call went well I think.

thing is.  The last time Scott called last week.  It was actually a really good call and for some reason I saw him differently.  The way he acted.  He just seemed like a person to me.  A flawed one.  But I felt I saw a part of him that, I don't know how to put it.  He seemed just like another human to me.  I don't know if Im making sense.

but it was good radio.  Just wanted to related this thing I noticed that call.  We are all just people.  Hate is wrong but I do know from personal experience.  I shouldn't judge anyone.
peace

My folks went to the Subaru dealership to look at used Outbacks, ended up buying a new Forrester. Financing was cheaper on the newer models, so that's a reason to buy new.
I have an 01 with 117000 miles.  It's a great car.  They are going to love it.  In 04 I bought the cheapest snow tires and steel wheels from tire rack and I am glad I did.  I stick to the road.  I am an excellent winter weather driver.  Some from here don't agree and thing all season tires are fine but I disagree.  It's very reassuring having the traction.  When I have to drive in bad weather I do very well.  If I can avoid it I do but it's a bitch.  Last winter here Pa was murder.

I've been working for a guy selling used cop cars for over 3 years now.
I'll get a deal on a crown vic

statist...
collectivist...
just thought i'd throw that in b4 some of the other hardcore anarcho motherfuckers here

you don't know anything about me.  I don't work for the state in any form.

and yes, I would prefer not to drive a used cop car like a crown vic or caprice.  My point was that one of the cars is going to be the most economical route when I need a new vehicle.

whenever I drive one back from the auctions people always think it's a cop and do that slow down thing which is a pain in the ass.

I've been working for a guy selling used cop cars for over 3 years now.  Crown vic, Caprices mostly but all kinds of stuff.  They do pretty good.  Sure you have to check them, but usually the depts maintain them pretty well.  some better than others.  The philly cars are always beat up but some depts in rural areas don't have much crime and they are very good.  Powerful.  We've moved a lot of them and hardly any complaints.  Although they are sold as is, no warranty so I guess I wouldn't know.  I just fix them and get them ready to sell.  I'm not involved in the sales except showing them to customers when I have to.

They sell them at auctions but usually need a lot of work getting all the cop stuff and stickers off and repairing them.  You have to know what to look for to find a good one but those auctions really do often sell these vehicles so cheaply I can't believe it.

I know I'll never buy a new car.  Too much money and in the future I am going to avoid debt.  when my subaru dies, which I love, I'll get a deal on a crown vic from my boss.  thing is they suck in bad weather.  even rain its easy to spin the wheels. My subaru has ruined me for RWD.
