Some way to  get international people to New Hampshire would help. :P.I believe this was suggested on  the last show.Seasteading offers more in this regard as it has no immigration officials....

General / Compulsory voting is a trap.
« on: July 11, 2009, 04:59:43 AM »
I am currently awaiting a trial for not voting at the last council elections as I decided to do this as a civil disobedience act to see exactly how far they will go to enforce the ridiculous proposition that is compulsory voting. The fine has risen to 70 aussie dollars and they have given me a date of 29th july to pay .I will update the thread as they take further actions ....just to do some more research I looked into removing myself from the electoral roll and found this

"Can I have my name removed from the electoral roll?

The Electoral Act allows for the removal of names from the roll only for a number of specific reasons. These include: death of elector, elector of unsound mind (medical certificate required), elector not an Australian Citizen and elector moving overseas indefinitely/permanently."

So unless I die or become a nutbag I am trapped into paying endless fines for my political views.A free country? HA!

On the other hand the recent push to make libertarianism a mental disorder might eventually do me a favour.....

If everyone who downloads the podcast through itunes goes and writes a review of the show it will bump FTL up in the itunes ranking. It is something simple and free that people can do to promote the show.I wrote a review that mentioned the free state project as well    8)...

Is youtube becoming a government target if you post something they dont like? There are rumors of massive censorship of videos deemed "offensive".I hope one day someone comes up with an open source alternative to youtube that cant be controlled by these thugs.

This doesn't come as a surprise to me at all. Which was the major website by the way?

When is the next boat leaving to New Hampshire and does anyone want to shelter an illegal aussie immigrant?
I think I'll be pretty much jumping on the same boat as you.

I dont want to promote it at all mate, but it had reward and central in the title lol.

Im pretty much stuck here with a wife and two kids.Unless I can somehow jag a green card immigration is out of the question!

In future I will be getting a cat which I will get desexed but it will not be registered or microchipped. There is no way I will be incriminating us by registering the animal. If they threaten us and say we own it there will be no proof. It is a free animal that is allowed to leave anytime it chooses. It is just visiting lol.

The only problem with that, it seems to me, is that they would then say "Oh, well, we can't have an unchipped stray wandering around" and then take it and have it put down, and you'd have no cat.

As an example of how deeply people are brainwashed i posted my disgust about the abusive and threatening force of government on a major website in Australia and had numerous replies ranging from them wanting to have people microchipped to telling me I should be removed from the gene pool .I was also told that anyone who wants freedom is mentally unbalanced and belongs in an institution, and should be removed permanently from society.

Tell them that has happened before, in Germany, and from what you recall it didn't work out so well.

No,we had some strays hanging around our house from neighbours who moved out next door. The council wont catch them if you report it.We had to catch them and hand them to the" laws officer "*pukes...

Thanks for your replies.I have been busy trying to save our pets through the normal channels.

The dogs are registered under my wifes name and she is not prepared to do any civil disobedience. She has decided to have them put down as they are really old and keep biting the kids...even though they dont have any more teeth.I have spoken to the council and the only way to keep them is to have a vet say their health is under threat from the microchips.I would really like to post the carcasses to the mayor but realise this would be unproductive........

Maybe we need a free state project down under as there is no escape from this socialist hellhole  prison .I guess if youre going to be a slave you may as well have nice weather!

General / Mandatory microchipping in Australia

At first you could own pets without registration.
Then you had to register them.
Then you had to register them every year.
Then your pets are not allowed out at night.
Then you could have a limited number of pets
Then you had to desex them compulsorily.
Now you have to microchip them compulsorily.

Where will it end????????
I've been trying to get my wife to see the threat that government poses to us but she hasnt agreed in the past .After the extortion letter we got from the council she is starting to see my point. At the last council election i refused to vote for which I was threatened with a fine.
Voting is  compulsory in Australia so I was duly sent a threat from the government.

I will not be paying any fine if they send it and I will not be getting our pets damaged by microchipping them .If the council sends someone I will not let them in my property without a search warrant.

I am a responsible pet owner as I had my pets desexed and registered with the council.Well I used to think this was responsible. Now I realise how mistaken i was getting them registered.I say to hell with them.I will not be doing this abomination.
