While most Israelis vote for a new parliament next week there's one place in the north of Israel that will be an election-free zone - one-man rule has been the way there for more than 40 years.

He's driving left of center and hits a human being head-on, killing the human being, and becomes one of those "fallen heroes" you hear so much about.

I believe God said something like  Don't kill other people.

What about DURING a drug raid? The cops are clearly one hundred percent in the wrong there. Obviously, the drug dealers are absolutely justified in gunning down the intruders in their homes.

No hiding behind metaphors will get you out of that one, sicko.

What are drug dealers supposed to do, wait until their house is getting raided and then try to fight off the SWAT team with a Boy Scout knife?

I don't think handing out tickets and breaking up domestic disputes is worthy of a death sentence by vigilante. You have no standard by which to judge this man's action's other than a uniform. An eye for an eye would make the whole world blind. I think Shaw's ad hom sticks in this case.

At the Battle of Bunker Hill, there weren't "good" and "bad" Redcoats, only enemy Redcoats.

delusional cunt.

redcoats were foreign enemies

cops are hired by local people (acting as selectmen, aldermen, mayors, etc)....you fucking sped-monkey (special-ed......so-named by a friend in the school system).........how appropo, in your case

Whether the unprovoked violence and intimidation is by foreign or domestic enemies makes no difference.

"Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God."

The people who sent the cops on a mission of unprovoked violence and intimidation had no authority to do so.

PMFJI, but this will also explain what "legal tender" means. It is not an adjective as some people think.

The deal is, you will pay for the meal. However, the law cannot require you to pay for the meal. If the law required that, then you would be breaking the law, guilty of a misdemeanor, if you presented FRN's and the owner refused them.

To "tender" something means pretty much, to present it and attempt to deliver it.

If the law only required you to "offer" to pay, you could eat free, simply by walking out after "offering" to pay an owner who wants the FRN's. Technically, you "offered" to pay, and when the offer was accepted, you walked out without paying.

FRN's are "legal tender" because if you "tender" them, you legally "tender" payment of that amount. (Actually, Ron Paul is quick to point out that Congress has no Constitutional authority to make anything legal tender.)

"The drafters of the Constitution were well aware of how a government armed with legal tender powers could ravage the people’s liberty and prosperity. That is why the Constitution does not grant legal tender power to the federal government, and the states are empowered to make legal tender only out of gold and silver (see Article 1, Section 10). "

They don't just hand out tickets and break up domestic disputes. They are in the business of intimidating the citizens into complying with blatantly unjust laws.

At the Battle of Bunker Hill, there weren't "good" and "bad" Redcoats, only enemy Redcoats. Killing a thousand of them wasn't excessive, because they still took Breed's Hill. Likewise, taking out one enemy officer in San Antonio was not excessive, because cops still enforce unjust laws.

That's why I advocate not catching the license plate number if you see something like that happen.

You KNOW he had to be pissed about all those RP people bugging him with questions about QE3 and whatnot. But he just kept smiling anyway.

Thats why this guy is a dickhead. He always smiles........ no matter what. If I were him, I'd be pissed off too, but I would show it.

Never trust a man that always smiles, even when he's pissed off.

Tom, your sort of calls for violence aren't welcome here.

Fuck off.

Where was the call for violence? All I advocated was not catching the license plate number.

Quote
Victims of police brutality, perjury, enforcement of unjust laws and unreasonable searches and seizures can take comfort that this does happen, cops do get brought to justice.

Taking comfort is not violent. Again, there was no call for violence.

In a thread that you named Sweet JUSTICE...

Thanks for outting yourself as Tom Alciere, though.

Sweet Justice? Guy was just sitting there at a traffic light and some criminal does a cowardly drive by. How can this be construed as self defense?

Quite possibly it was somebody victimized by the government's decision to impose a high rate of unemployment. Some people think the politicians should steal more money to “help” the unemployed. Cops enforce zoning restrictions that prevent jobs creation, outrageous business licensing laws that prevent jobs creation, and taxes that rob the economy for the politicians' vote-buying sprees. The politicians don't commit the unprovoked violence, the cops do. The man cannot feed his family and his wife leaves him, then his buddy is about to throw him out because he cannot pay rent, meanwhile he keeps going to the day labor hall and waiting, and waiting, and waiting.

I'm glad he didn't kill the staff at a temp agency that failed to get him a job, or random people who “elected” bad politicians. There is an illusion out there that “We the People” impose these laws and some believers punish “We the People” through senseless violence against innocent, random people.

Ed-209?.... probably not. A drone Bradly fighting vehicle or M-1 Abrams?..... 10 minutes with the Mythbusters.
And randomly killing cops doing nothing more than eating donuts would give them a excuse to implement that shit.
Unless you happen to know how to make a AT-4 rocket launcher out of duct tape and vinegar, I would go for a more peaceful solution there Mr Agent Man.

“They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?”
