When I go from Point A to Point B, I am harassed by thugs with guns to ID myself.

Does this happen every day?

Nah, only when I cross arbitrary, imaginary boundaries.

Like property lines?

Nope.  I respect private property, since it's real.

So, the public property is not real?

Nope.  Is a Crip area in Compton legitimate property?

Incorrect.  Illegals who work on the books pay payroll taxes.  Americans on welfare/unemployment don't pay payroll taxes.  Illegals who work pay more taxes than Americans who don't.

i see you've bought into the illusion.....
illegals DON'T have s.s. numbers...
without s.s. #'s, there are no deductions.
you have to have this little number to apply your withholdings to....getit?

illegals are paid under the table....in cash
illegals can't get bank accounts without that secret little number, so they can't cash payroll checks....getit?

cash = NO PAY INto the ''system''

What illusion?  I know how things work.  I work with companies every day who engage in the practice so I know what goes on.

Illegals don’t have SS numbers, sure.  But that doesn’t mean they can’t pay payroll taxes.  Some employers who don’t want to get wacked by the violent monopoly will force employees to give a SS number.  So illegals give them fake ones and the employers withhold payroll taxes on their behalf.  The violent monopoly obviously sees two tax deposits from the same SS number (and different names) and they do nothing because it’s more stolen money for them.

Illegals can and do get bank accounts.  Bank of America doesn’t require you to be a legal citizen to have a bank account.  Not coincidentally, BOA is the closest bank to the Fed.

Illegals who work pay in much more than legal Americans who don’t work.  Sorry to break your stereotype, but that’s just reality.

Get it?  Ha.

See? No one forced you to get a driver's license; hell, no one's making you drive, either. You could just as easily take a bus.

You consented to the State's laws, and you filled such-and-such information on a form saying that you were a US citizen. You consented to being a US citizen by doing that, as well as probably more than a dozen other things.

Why do you wish to continue being regarded as a US citizen by the Federal government, when you could actually give up your citizenship if you wanted to?

No, I filled the registration so thugs with guns wouldn't point them at me.  I have the right to travel, even if the mafia doesn't recognize them.  It doesn't mean I consent to the State, it means I don't want to be unfairly locked in a cage.  Giving up your wallet does not consent to the mugging.

Traveling is a right, but operating a mode of conveyance is a jurisdictional matter.  Since the operating privileges can be revoked, identification is mandatory.  Thus, you consent to identification, part of which is proof of citizenship.  If you are proving your citizenship, you acknowledge it.  Thereby it stands to reason you are using your citizenship for personal gain.  And "rights" are a part of being a citizen.  Without citizenship, you forgo a large number of rights, most of which are granted, and not inherent.

I'm fully cognizant of a beings right to exist, and I fully agree with your desire to exist beyond the structure of statism.  But you're not doing it right.  There are disqualifiers.  And until you go down the list and check them all off, like filing taxes and owning registered property, you're a citizen.

They have no real jurisdiction, that’s my point.  Having more guns than me doesn’t = legitimate jurisdiction.  If I go into the gang land of Compton and get harassed by the Crips, that doesn’t mean the Crips have jurisdiction over the area.  Individuals who own private property do.  It means the Crips have more guns.  So?

When I go from Point A to Point B, I am harassed by thugs with guns to ID myself.  I do so because I don’t want to be unfairly thrown in a cage, not because I legitimize the State.  When I give a mugger my wallet, it is not a legitimate donation.  It’s a thug who is violating a victim.  I never agreed to the Federal tax and law system, therefore, I am not obligated to follow them.  If I break their arbitrary laws and they find out about, I understand there could be consequences. But those consequences would be illegitimate and immoral, since I never agreed to follow them.

It doesn't matter what you consider yourself.  It matters what they consider you.  By being born here, you are a naturalized citizen whether you like it or not.

Truth and reality matter to me.

Pointing a gun at someone doesn't make the action legitimate.  They consider me a citizen because they have more guns than me and the fruits of my labor benefit them -- not because I actually am.

I want them to stop forcing me to do things that I don't agree to.  I want them to stop preventing me from doing things that harm no one.  That's what I want.

So why don't you go through the rigmorale of formally renouncing it, then?

Do I need to renounce my membership to NAMBLA?  No, because I was never a member of NAMBLA.

The State is not a legitimate body, so I am not going to give them legitimacy by begging for them to give me one of their "favors."

You have a Social Security card, you (probably) have a driver's license or state ID, you have a birth certificate that says you were born at such-and-such a hospital and at that time you were registered into the system.

Until you renounce your citizenship, you will still be considered to be a citizen of the USA whether you like it or not. So why not completely renounce it? If you truly hate anyone even considering you to be an American citizen, you can solve that by formally renouncing American citizenship.

I registered to drive because if I didn't, men with guns would point them at me.  That's an action taken in duress.  Giving your wallet to a mugger doesn't mean you consent to the mugging, it means you don't want additional violence.  You'd prefer to not have the situation happen at all.  Valid transactions only take place between two willing parties, not one willing party and one party under duress.

I did not ask for anyone to give me a Social Security card or a birth certificate, either.  That's just more examples of unilateral transactions, which are clearly invalid.

And again, the State could consider me The Boogeyman (or a turrrrrrist) but since there's no evidence of it being the case, it's simply not true.  People incorrectly regard others all of the time.  So?

You consent to live under the rules of the US government.

Therefore hey, you're bound to them, especially if you still claim citizenship in the USA.

I do not consent.  That's the point.

Yes, you do consent by living under the law of the USA.

How do you figure that existing in a land mass = consent?

Because you live in a territory that is controlled by the US government. You can choose to leave at any time, yet you don't.

Have you given up your US citizenship yet? Until you do, you are regarded as a US citizen.

But you probably won't, because if you ever find yourself stuck in another country you'll just try to get in contact with the US embassy to get out, or you'll want to take advantage of the pros of living in the USA.

Keep in mind, under US law someone who's a citizen *is* allowed to renounce it at any time if he or she wishes to. Why don't you formally renounce your American citizenship, if you hate the government that granted you it so much?

Living doesn't mean I consent to the system.  It means I live.

If your business gets visited by the mafia, and you continue to do business, it doesn't mean you consent to the violence.  It means you are continuing to do business, in spite of the mafia.

I am not a citizen because I never consented to being one in the first place.  Strangers can regard me as Santa Claus, it doesn't mean it's true.  For something to be true, there must be evidence.  For an agreement to be valid, there must be consent on both sides.  There obviously isn't.

Yup, legal Americans take government benefits, too.

...and most PAY IN, you insipd cunt

Do they?  50% of Americans don't pay income tax.

and 0% of illegals pay in.......
carry on
