If you're into CP, you deserve a boot in the fucking skull, no matter if there are much much much safer ways to get it.

If you're stupid enough to try and get it from one of the biggest sites on the internet, fuck you for being stupid.

sage is cake, which is a lie and a trap.  It'll push things into oblivion, eventually.  But that doesn't make a goddamn bit of difference when people just put up 404 pt #2.  They do it for the lulz

I'd rather be a janitor where people know the rules, and abide by them by their own discretion.  I've never been faced with that decision here, and don't expect to be.  I *will* bring the heat down on any asshole who posts child porn.  And I *will* make sure they get sorry.  And I'll do it in public, not as an anon fag who can just 404 a thread.  It doesn't work like that here.

You all clear on that?

You realize you're on a 4chan thread?

Wow... I'm honestly, truely and amazingly stricken.

Who Tammy is... When Ivy's Baby is due... When Tim gets out of prison... all of that shit matters to you asshats. Seriously.

175 fucking pages. Wow. Seriously. How many exclamation points do I need to put on that? Wow!

If you were here, in NH, rather than bitching about it, you could have held Ivy's baby. Laughed at Tammy in her face as she advocates the existence of the state. Pissed on, or visited, Tim as he's in prison.

And yet the most AMAZING thing you have to do is post on this thread.

I'd feel bad if I didn't take a pause between wiping my ass just now.

By introducing pleasure with unnatural means, and gaining no nutritional value in the process, it becomes recreational.

Okay, so my instinct (see what I did there?) to rant and rave has ebbed.

FUCK. YOU.

The human capacity to reason, to manipulate and to change is NATURAL.

Take your "unnatural" shit and shove it.

How's that for ya?

I don't have any preconceptions.  I'm just saying he came off as being capable of adult decisions.  He wasn't,

Preconception.

If children are capable of adult decisions at age ten, then they should be put in the electric chair if they murder.  Can't have it both ways.

Note: ^^ case is in a state without death penalty, thankfully.

They ARE charging 11 year old murderers as adults. So... based on the action of the state... do you honor Ian's choice?

Ian was a teenage male prostitute.

He wasn't a teen. He was younger.

That was the AOC argument.  Ian thinks he was fully cognizant from day one.

I respect his choice. It was his, whatever preconceptions you might have.

Not many places would consistently elect and re-elect someone like Ron Paul!

Every state would.

Ron Paul is the HIGHEST recipient of federal ear-mark funds for his district. When I learned this, I was quite pissed. Ron Paul adds amendments to bills earmarking funds for his district, then votes "No". When the rest of the spend-happy Congress critters pass it, he "brings home the bacon".

Karmic has reached beta, and it's been pretty good for me. :) It's replaced Windows 7 on my laptop and so far I'm happy.

Now that Karmic is in Beta, I'm using it.

Totem is still fraked, but VLC works. I'm quite impressed, and it's replaced Windows on my laptop.

Logitech made great products, until I ran across their G7 mouse. It was the holy grail of mice, but had model-wide flaws.

They ended up screwing me after requesting a replacement.

No more Logitech for me. Glad others are doing the same. :)

When they're wrong, why don't you smart people call them up and inform them of your opinion.

Because I don't know they're wrong until days after they've blasted it over the airwaves. Days later, I care less than enough to wait till FTL comes on to call them and bring up a subject that they talked about earlier in the week. The "Live" part works well for radio. Not so well for Podcast.

The Polling Pit / Re: Any Windows users NOT switching to 7 RC?
« on: September 09, 2009, 06:00:15 PM »
Zero day usually refers to the time between the publication (or semi-public disclosure) and patch or fix. It's not a measure of how long the bug has existed.

It's nice:  much better than Vista...and XP

Vista, on decent hardware and with SP1 or greater, is a decent OS. Much more stable than XP. Windows 7 blows Vista out of the water. I can't describe how hard it sucks to use XP after using 7.
