I accept your admittance of defeat. Fair played.

I am well acquainted with your mother.

Fuck I'm sick of the moronic trolls around here.

Really think about it. Lets say you make a $1000 paycheck... after taxes, $700. All of a sudden, you get your $300 back. You think you might give $5 a month to a local bum-helpin' charity? Maybe even $20?

I voted Small Government, because I believe Government is inevitable, not because I want it.

I went to NYC in December... bought a car and drove it back to Kansas.

I will never ever go back to Brooklyn if I have anything to say about it. Half the roads had little to no lane markings, three lanes wide, with people driving like shit everywhere! People double parked on BUSY streets. Half the roads are like a damn Baja race. You know, we have some the best roads I've ever driven on, here in Wichita KS, so I never thought about it much, but anyone who argues against private roads -- just sent them to Brooklyn. Holy crap.

The craziest thing was staying at a Days Inn (for $150, and it was the cheapest I could find!) in what I THOUGHT was a ghetto (south side of Brooklyn)... really trashy and run down buildings. However I noticed all the cars were $50k+ in value... odd dichotomy.

The Brooklyn Bridge at about 11AM was fun... its like what, 6 lanes wide, and you get to the tollbooths and theres like 24 counting both sides of the bridge, total pandemonium... and you have to pay $10 just to experience it. I'm REALLY suprised I made it to Pennsylvania without making a wrong turn even once.

Now, PA on the other hand was awesome. The main east/west interstate (forget what it is now... 80?) is very scenic and never hits a major city!

You guys are totally right about forums.  I'm not to worried abuot convincing people... just correcting people who like to spout bad information, but I think I'm giving up on that as well... it seems to always become the non-libertarians calling the libertarians crazy, the libertarians having a nice circle jerk, and then MAYBE one person who really is interested in it or hasn't heard of it, haha.

Thanks for the advice guys.

libertarians are all assholes who are trying to create slave-labor monopolies.

This IS true though...you haven't been to the secret meetings apparently. How do we do it? When it looks like all sane arguments won't work we just blow the person we're arguing with until they give in.

Its all suddenly so clear!

Seriously, lets start a libertarian cabal. I've always liked cloaks.

You know, I spend a lot of time in libertarian/pro-free-market arguments in other forums online... usually refuting poor assumptions. My favorite one is where someone thinks libertarians are all assholes who are trying to create slave-labor monopolies. How do you guys keep from just getting frustrated and completely giving up?

I vote changing it to epic trance, or epic goth rock. Or anything else epic, for that matter.

Neither of those exist. Never have, never will.

Whatever, both are practically epic by design :D

This is poorly formed question -- it doesn't make sense, as a question. Its like "Do you think science is the truth?" Way too broad.
