General / Re: The most honest government ad I've ever seen.

Heard about this on the radio today. Normally I've got a lot to say about this kind of thing, but right now...
Sick fucks.
That's all I can manage right now.

General / Re: What do your anti gun friends/family say?
« on: August 02, 2010, 09:59:10 PM »
The closest my family comes to being anti-gun is my mother, and she's only uncomfortable about them because her husband shot himself in the head in front of her. My dad's totally pro-gun, to the point where he's legally not supposed to have one, but... may or may not... anyway.
I had a discussion with a Brit who was all for the banning of guns everywhere, but he didn't get the sense and logic behind responsibility and protection. He claimed there wasn't a gun problem in England, but there was a knife problem. So I said a knife ban comes next (or is already in effect, if I recall), so what happens when people start using rocks and sticks? Ban trees and gravel?

General / Funny lil' anecdote.
« on: August 01, 2010, 04:34:30 PM »
My English professor decided to take us to the major library in town for our research projects the other day. One of the available librarians, a finely dressed young black woman, took us on a small tour of the facilities. About five minutes in, we arrived at the section they kept government documentation. Her accidental misspeaking was quite appropriate.
"Down here," she said, "is where we keep all the government records and papers. We act as sort of a primary suppository for government documents."
I stifle a chuckle and say to her, "I was just thinking that would be a wonderful place to stick government papers, too!"
My professor coughed to hide his laugh after that.

General / Re: Retards think music are drugs "I-Dosing"

I tried exploring binaural audio once, a while back. I couldn't tell if it enhanced, interfered with or did nothing to my normal meditation routine, but it sounded kinda cool. Of course, at least that wasn't static.

General / Re: Gazan woman defies stupid Hamas law and gives perfect Libertarian Answer
« on: July 22, 2010, 12:49:02 PM »
I don't personally care where someone's from, if they want to do what they wish with themselves and don't harm others, more power to them. I'm for the overthrow disobedience of oppressive governments everywhere.

General / Re: liberty tattoo FTW!!
« on: July 22, 2010, 12:47:13 PM »
I understand the symmetry thing all too well. I used to count my steps too, but I overcame it. As for the tattoo, it looks good. I was never one for ink, personally (on myself or as an attraction) but it's simple and to the point. Nice choice.

That's a very nice answer indeed, thank you.

I was thinking electrolysis, too, but I don't know terribly well if lightning has the same effect. I also considered a Fluorine decay, but I think F-18 may only be laboratory created. Big shrug on that one.

General / Re: Video: Ian Arrested
« on: July 19, 2010, 01:22:12 PM »Wait did he sit on the car or did the car run into him?
the car ran into him.
I updated the video with a quieter audio track. My editor indicated I turned it down like 60%, but it doesn't sound that way... still is pretty loud :\
I would've turned the same way if an oncoming car was threatening to run into me. I'd rather my knees buckle and I fall onto the car than have my legs forced backward and be pushed to the ground. I look forward to hearing the details of all of this (haven't had time for the show lately)

The Show / Re: Does anyone know why Ian calls it the "Attorney Genital"?
« on: July 14, 2010, 09:24:09 PM »
I recall the story going something like Julia accidentally saying "genital" instead of "general," and Ian liked it as a mild insult. It throws me a little bit when I hear it, but it definitely gets one's attention, no?

General / Re: What are your fetishes
« on: June 23, 2010, 03:23:17 PM »
I don't have any particular fetishes that I can think of, but I do love when a woman knows what she wants, and takes it.
Especially when "it" is me.

General / Re: Did his girlfriend initiate force?
« on: June 11, 2010, 12:30:02 PM »
She didn't have the password, he just left it idle and didn't get logged out. That essentially boiled down to a breach of trust, right there, and there was definitely malicious intent.
What it all comes to is one thing: Women! If you don't like your boyfriend playing video games instead of paying attention to you, GET A NEW ONE! It's a lot easier than you may think!

Still? Hell, I never thought they would.
Thanks, by the way, for the updates from "down unda." I hope things improve or you escape soon.

Yep, that does it. Now I can only buy Hogue gear.
